At Basilur Tea, we strive for the highest quality in every tin; however, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on unopened tea products within 30 days of delivery. Due to the perishable nature of food items, we cannot accept returns on opened packages unless the product is found to be defective.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unopened tea tins or boxes in their original shipping container to ensure they are protected from damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please retain your tracking receipt for verification.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
